Introducing the Legacy Challenge Matching Gift Endowment Campaign
In these challenging times, one certainty remains: Children and families continue to rely on the life-changing work of Akron Children's Hospital.
Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, you can make an even bigger impact through your planned gift and help ensure that our hospital will be here to serve your family, friends and neighbors for years to come.
For a limited time, new and increased planned gifts to Akron Children's can take advantage of $500,000 in matching funds.
These matching funds are available for donors age 65 or older making a gift to our hospital through one of the following options:
- Wills or living trusts
- Charitable gift annuities
- Charitable lead or remainder trusts
- Beneficiary designation gifts from retirement plans, life insurance policies, commercial annuities, real estate and other financial accounts
Your planned gift will be matched to a Board-designated spending account in your area of interest using this following formula.
Since matching funds are limited, you will want to consider making your planned gift soon so your donation will go even further toward building a brighter, healthier future for children.
